该项技术能确保在整个钻井工程及测井、固井等全过程实现对油井所有钻遇的油气层实现全方位最佳的油气层保护效果。

This technology ensures an optimum protection for foramation zone throughout the entire process of implementation in drilling, logging, and cementing 

技术路线:通过使用井壁抗压稳定剂(YBWD)材料可使钻井液(泥浆)实现改性,经改性的钻井液在钻遇到具有渗透性的油气层时,可在渗透层浅表面浓集形成胶束。依靠聚合物胶束与材料中固体颗粒的强亲和力以及可变形性的特点,在井壁浅表层形成渗透率几乎为零的封堵膜,将钻井液及其滤液完全隔离,阻止钻井液固相及其滤液向油气层深部侵入,实现接近零虑失钻井。

 技术指标:封堵膜可随着压力的增大而加厚,直至压力平衡,经胜利油田钻井工艺研究院实验室检验压力达到18Mpa(按实验设计完成)

Technology Roadmap: The modification of drilling fluid (slurry) can be achieved by using the borehole compressive stabilizer (YBWD). Micelle can be formed on the surface of the shallow permeable layer when the modified drilling fluids encountered in oil and gas permeable layer.

Due to its strong adhesion to particular material component and its excellent elastic property, this micelle is actually a membrane barrier with zero permeability that separates the drilling fluid and filtering liquid completely and prevents the diffusion of drilling liquid/solid and filtering liquid to oil/gas zone 

Technical Specifications: Sealing membrane can be thickened as the pressure increases until a balanced is reached; the laboratory of Shengli Oilfield Drilling Technology Research Institute has tested the material and the closing pressure can reach 18Mpa (based on the lab evaluation and experimental procedures)

   技术特点:1、有效封堵较大范围的孔喉和微裂缝地层,对不同深度、不同渗透性的油层具有广普的封堵能力,实现对油气储层的最佳保护效果。
2、当油井试油或投产时,随着井筒压力的降低出现反向压力时,封堵膜会在反向压力作用下排入井筒而解除,无需采取其它解堵措施。
3、由于防渗漏膜的井壁稳定作用,因此该项技术的应用对于钻井工程的顺利进行及对录井、测井、固井均具有重要的良好作用。
4、该产品无毒性、不易燃,使用方便安全。
   使用方法:在普通钻井液中加入1.5%~2.0%的YBWD材料经充分混合熟化即可。
Features:
1. Effectively block a large scaled area with pore throat and micro fractured formation. It has a blocking ability for reservoir with different depths and permeability to achieve the best formation protection for oil and gas.
2. When an oil well is in a testing mode or in production, sealing membrane will be discharged into the wellbore under reverse pressure as the wellbore pressure drops. NO action needed.
3. Due to stabilizing effect anti-linkage membrane brings, the application of this technology plays an essential role for the success of the whole drilling process, demonstrating a positive effect for logging and cementing.
4. The product is non-toxic, non-flammable, easy and safe to use.

Usage: add 1.5% to 2.0% YBWD materials in the conventional drilling fluid, fully mix and cured.

应用效果:该项技术自2005年开始应用以来在胜利油田各采油厂已经施工700余口井,尤其是海洋采油厂由于油层物性好产能高造成油藏压降大、钻井液漏失严重影响新井产能,应用该技术后全部达到钻井液无漏失、井径情况良好、一次完成固井,固井质量优良,深受采油厂和钻井队的好评。
据海洋采油厂统计采用该项技术可使海上钻井周期缩短三天以上,单井产量有明显的提高,油井投产后实际产能超过产能设计预期标准。 
   该项技术除常规油井的应用外还非常适用于定向井和水平井应用。

Case results: the technology has been applied in the construction of more than 700 wells in the Shengli Oilfield since 2005,

The best results came from Shengli marine oil exploration and production plant. High production capacity and good reservoir property caused a greater pressure drop in the reservoir, resulting in fluid leakage that seriously affected the production of new wells. After the application of the technology, all wells achieved full protection against fluid leakage; all calipers were in good condition; cementing was completed just in one time. The high quality and performance of new wells received compliments from oil exploration plants and thedrilling crews.

According to the statistics of the Shengli marine plant, this technology has shorten offshore drilling cycles by more than three days, production has been increased significantly, the actual production capacity of these wells will exceed to the expected capacity valuated

In addition to conventional wells, the technology can also be ideal for directional and horizontal wells

材料选择:
1、 当井深达到2500米以上时选用YBWD-I型,可耐温170度,该材料可通过80目钻井液振动筛
2、 当渗透率高于1000mpas以上时,可选用YBWD-II型,该型号可在封堵高渗透率渗透层的同时还可顺利通过100目钻井液振动筛,
    Material selection:
1, YBWD-I is suitable when the depth of a well reaches 2,500 meters and above, for temperature up to 170 degree. It can go through 80-mesh shale shaker
2, YBWD-II is suitable when the permeability is higher than 1000mpas and above. This type can successfully go through the 100-mesh shale shaker while blocking high-permeability layers
