新井投产、老井修井油层保护新技术
New technology of formation protection for new well into production, and older well workovers
技术方向:许多高产能区块由于强化开采以及注水不足造成地层压力下降,在修井时洗井液的漏失造成油层的严重污染,严重影响油井恢复其生产能力,此种情况在海洋油田尤为突出。该项技术能有效地解决高产能区块油井在投产或老井修井过程中的入井液漏失问题,实现最佳的油层保护效果。
Technical roadmap: Many high productivity mining areas shows formation pressure drop caused by insufficient water and intensified mining activities. The reservoir was seriously polluted by the leakage of well-flushing fluid, seriously reducing the ability of the well to restore its production capacity. This situation is particularly common in the marine oil field. The technology can effectively provent the leakage of fluid into the well during its production or workover, to achieve the optimum protection for the reservoir.
技术措施:实现上述目的是通过配置防渗漏洗井液来实现的。入井液的配制是将YBWD-III型井壁稳定剂材料用过滤海水或淡水配制成10%左右浓度的溶液作为入井液即可。在洗井压井作业施工中实现入井液无漏失。
Technologyl implementation: above objects can be achieved by configuring anti-leakage flushing. Detailed formulation is to mix add YBWD-III-type borehole stabilizer to filtered seawater or freshwater, formulating into a solution with 10% concentration. This solution ensures no leakage from flushing fluid during well clean-out and snubbing service operations
技术核心:用YBWD-Ⅲ配制的入井液可在渗透岩层的浅层表面浓集形成活性超低渗透封堵胶束膜,是一种利用独特界面化学逐步封堵机理,胶束膜的形成能有效地阻止作业洗井液向油层深处渗漏,实现零滤失作业,有效地保护生产层。  
The core technology: YBWD-Ⅲ solution can be concentrated to form an active ultra-low permeability micelle membrane on the shallow surface of the formation which is gradually closuring through a unique mechanism of interfacial chemistry. The formation of micelle effectively prevents flushing fluid leaking deeply into the pay zone, achieving no filtration and effectively protecting the production layers.

技术特点:
1、配制好的入井液能够在油层浅表层形成良好的封堵膜,同时抗压强度达到4Mpa以上,确保施工中入井液无漏失。
2、该入井液适用于采用防砂工艺投产的油井,可顺利通过多层150微米孔径的滤砂网,不影响入井液的应用效果。
       

 3、当作业完成并投产后封堵膜在反向压力作用下能自行顺利解除,解除压力在1.0Mpa以内,并无需其它化学方法解堵。
4、具有广谱的油层保护功能,实现了同一配方就能有效封堵
5、配制入井液的材料属惰性材料,无毒、不挥发、不易燃、现场配制使用方便。
应用温度:油层温度不大于100摄氏度。
应用效果:该项技术目前应用较广泛,凡是油层压力较低,在投产及修井施工中容易造成洗井液、压井液漏失的油井都可采用该项技术解决因漏失造成的油层污染问题。尤其是在高产能区块应用更加普遍。
 Technical features:
1, the solution forms a good sealing membrane on the shallow surface in the well with a compressive strength of 4Mpa and above, to ensure the fluid gets into the well without leaking during the construction.
2, the liquid is suitable for the wells using sand controlled technology for production. It can pass through multilayer of sand network with 150 micron pore size filter, while not effect on the application of fluid.
3, when the drilling is completed, the blocking membrane under reverse pressure can be unplugged successfully on their own. The unplugging pressure is 1.0Mpa or less, and no other chemical methods involved.
4, Blocking can be effectively achieved with simple formula leaving no burden for reservoir protection. 5, the material of the fluid is inert, non-toxic, non-volatile, non-flammable, the site preparation is feasible and easy to operate
Application temperature: oil temperature of the pay zone should  not be greater than 100 degrees Celsius.
Application result: the technology currently has a wide application in any wells where the pressure is low, and when flushing fluid or killing fluid leakage problem is presented in the production or workover construction. The technology can be used to solve the reservoir pollution caused by liquid leakage, especially common for applying in the high-capacity areas.
